Brand Manager - Paul Marsh Brand Manager Paul Marsh has been with the Company for over 14 years. During this time, Paul has held positions in the Fleet and Retail market, providing him with a wealth of experience in delivering a memorable experience to Heritage customers. With customer satisfaction for both Sales and Service consistently in the top 20% of Volkswagen Dealers, and ISO9001 Accreditation held for 14 years, providing a quality service has always been a Heritage of Westbury priority. |

Sales Manager - David Wormald Sales Manager David Wormald lives locally with his wife and two daughters. David originates from the blue half of Manchester and has spent over 30 years in the motor industry. David believes "Our focus is to exceed customer expectations with the service that we provide, our success depends on delivering a memorable and personal level of service consistently in every area of our business". Tim Proudman, previously a key member of the Sales Team now joins us as our newly appointed Business manager. Tim is supported by the Sales Team consisting of Mark, who has been around the motor industry all of his life, Nick, James and Richard. All are on hand to offer their knowledge and experience on the fantastic Volkswagen range. Clair Porter keeps all the administration in order, whilst Mechelle is responsible for Marketing and Training at Heritage of Westbury. And there's Jim, who looks after the cleaning duties. Service Manager The Service Team at Heritage are headed by Nick May who has over 25 years experience in the Motor Trade. Nick is supported by Chris White, a Master Technician who has come from the workshop to take on the role of workshop controller, Chris has a keen interest in motorcross. The service technicians are all fully trained by Volkswagen and use the latest technology available to make sure your car is looked after the best way possible. |

Parts Parts Manager Dave Tett is a father of 6. He brings a wealth of parts experience to Heritage Westbury and says of his team, "If we do not have the part, we will endeavour to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible to keep inconvenience to a minimum". Pat who is our 'Trade Contact' referees rugby in his spare time says, "No problem is too small for us, customers can call us with any queries and we will be more than happy to help". Pat is accompanied on the Parts Reception by Chris Pike, who is a keen footballer. Phil is our 'Delivery Driver' and has over 35 years experience. Phil says "With me the personal touch is important so that every customers needs are met, every time". We would also like to welcome our newest member of the team, Matthew Sparks who takes the role as our new Parts Advisor. Reception Team The polite and cheerful Belinda Sample and Emma Harvey are accompanied on Service Reception by Peter Stacey. All are available for help or advice and can be contacted on 01373 855856. The Service Team are backed up by our Warranty Clerk, Darren who collects classic cars as a hobby. Another key part of the team are Tony and Dave who collect and deliver cars to and from your home or place of work. Never without a smile, Tony and Dave are always more than happy to help whether it is to move goods from one car to another or to wash and vacuum. |
